Some People are Loosing their Business Due to Compliance Issues
We are currently in a very critical situation now.
A friend who has been running a business in the last 3 years, has built this business from scratch, little did I know that this business wasn’t registered. He was just doing it on his own.
Few days ago, we were introduced to another business that copied everything he has been doing, trademarked, registered and patents the IP and as I speak to you now, they filled a tender to him asking that he stops doing that business because it is their intellectual property.
It is sad..
